About Battery

Problem: Battery Disconnect

Solution :

  1. Check whether the battery is connected and whether the battery is powered on.
  2. Check if battery wiring port is open circuited.

Problem: Bat Under Voltage

Solution :

  1. Restart the inverter and check whether the fault persists five minutes later.
  2. Check the power grid and whether the PV is powered off. If so, wait for the grid, PV power, the inverter will automatically charge.

Problem: BMS system error

Solution :

  1. Check whether the battery connection is correct

Problem: BMS communication fail

Solution :

  1. Check the cable, crystal, Line sequence.
  2. Check whether the battery switch is turned on.

Problem: Bat Under Temperature

Solution :

  1. Check the ambient temperature near the battery to see if it meets the specifications.

Problem: Bat over Temperature

Solution :

  1. Disconnect the battery and reconnect it after an hour.

Problem: Bat Low capacity

Solution :

  1. First set the operating mode to battery priority to charge the battery, then set the DOD of the battery you want (when SOC<100%-DOD, the battery will no longer discharge)

Problem: The power station is in a self-generated operating mode, in which the load should use battery and PV power first, but sometimes use grid power first

Solution :

  1. Check whether the DIP switch of the battery is set to the correct position.

Problem: Discharge overcurrent

Solution :

  1. Restart the inverter and check whether the fault persists five minutes later.
  2. Check whether the load exceeds the range of device parameters. The inductive load should be calculated according to the instantaneous starting power.
  3. Disconnect all power supplies and close the inverter. After disconnecting the load, start the inverter to check whether it runs normally in no-load condition.

Problem: Charge overcurrent

Solution :

  1. Restart the inverter and check whether the fault persists five minutes later.

About CT

Problem: Grid CT Reverse

Solution :

  1. Check whether the external CT wiring is correctly connected.

Problem: After CT is turned on, the inverter sends power to the grid.

Solution :

  1. Check whether the wiring is correct, especially for three-phase inverters. Carefully check whether the phase sequence of the three live wires at the AC end of the inverter is incorrect and whether the CT corresponding to the three-phase live wire is connected to the wrong position.

About Grid

Problem: Grid low/over voltage

Solution :

  1. Check if the grid is abnormal.
  2. Set parameters to improve the upper and lower limits of the grid voltage.
  3. Restart the inverter and check whether the fault persists five minutes later.

Problem: Grid low/over frequency

Solution :

  1. Check if the grid is abnormal.
  2. Set parameters to improve the upper and lower limits of the grid voltage.
  3. Restart the inverter and check whether the fault persists five minutes later.

Problem: Grid Phase error

Solution :

  1. Switch the phase sequence of A and C, and the external CT phase also needs to be connected according to the phase sequence.

About WIFI

Problem: WIFI cannot be configured properly

Solution :

Please check the following information:
(1) Whether the WIFI stick is in poor contact with the inverter (if so, the COM light on the WIFI stick is off)
(2) Check whether the 485 address on the inverter display is 1
(3) Check whether the baud rate on the inverter display is 9600

About PV

Problem: PV Arc Fault

Solution :

  1. Check Photovoltaic panels, PV wire.

Problem: PV iso low

Solution :

  1. Check if the PE line is connected to the inverter and is connected to the ground.

Problem: Bus over/under voltage

Solution :

  1. Check the input mode setting is correct.
  2. Restart the inverter and wait until it functions normally.
  3. Check whether the string voltage is overmatched.

About Inverter

Problem: GFCI over

Solution :

  1. Check PV string for direct or indirect grounding phenomenon.
  2. Check whether the inverter wiring has leakage phenomenon.

Problem: Inverter over current/over voltage/under voltage

Solution :

  1. Restart the inverter and wait until it functions normally.

Problem: IGBT temp high

Solution :

  1. Cut off all the power of the inverter and wait one hour, then turn on the power of the inverter.

Problem: Bus soft fail /Inv soft fail /Bus short /Inv short

Solution :

  1. Restart the inverter and wait until it functions normally.
