Note: When you encounter the following possible problems, please first troubleshoot according to the corresponding solutions in order(If the first solution can solve the problem, no further action is required.). If all the solutions to the same problem can not solve the problem, please contact us in time.
Disconnect the battery and reconnect it after an hour.
First set the operating mode to battery priority to charge the battery, then set the DOD of the battery you want (when SOC<100%-DOD, the battery will no longer discharge)
Check whether the DIP switch of the battery is set to the correct position.
Restart the inverter and check whether the fault persists five minutes later.
Check whether the external CT wiring is correctly connected.
Check whether the wiring is correct, especially for three-phase inverters. Carefully check whether the phase sequence of the three live wires at the AC end of the inverter is incorrect and whether the CT corresponding to the three-phase live wire is connected to the wrong position.
Switch the phase sequence of A and C, and the external CT phase also needs to be connected according to the phase sequence.
Please check the following information:
(1) Whether the WIFI stick is in poor contact with the inverter (if so, the COM light on the WIFI stick is off)
(2) Check whether the 485 address on the inverter display is 1
(3) Check whether the baud rate on the inverter display is 9600
Check Photovoltaic panels, PV wire.
Check if the PE line is connected to the inverter and is connected to the ground.
Restart the inverter and wait until it functions normally.
Cut off all the power of the inverter and wait one hour, then turn on the power of the inverter.
Restart the inverter and wait until it functions normally.
